Just wanted to write and pass on a little message to you all following your 'surprise' appearance at our recent Management Conference.
I was going to tell you how much I enjoyed your appearance at the National Express conference - but having recently held a survey with all our conference delegates, I think that I can really leave that message to them!!!
That's because, during our post-conference survey, which of course
is always 100%
accurate, our delegates indicated that your musical assistance with
our Directors Discussion and following cabaret session was actually
rated as one of the most popular events during our three-day conference.
As such I am absolutely delighted to report that they scored you with a whopping 74% EXCELLENT / 23% GOOD rating. That really is an impressive result and is an absolute credit to the enthusiasm and support that you and the whole 4P's team offered to our conference.
It is always a pleasure to work with a totally professional team of people that primarily use 'YES' as the main response to all our questions and demands - and there were many. Your hard work, enthusiasm and understanding of our needs, was a huge benefit to our conference, helping us to make quite a complicated event so much easier to manage.
I am delighted to say that a staggering 97% of our delegates actually rated our 2005 conference as EXCELLENT and I know that your session clearly helped us to produce that amazing result.
So 'Big Thanks' to all concerned - you make a great team and clearly have fun doing it. But don't forget, if ever you want to expand to 5P's - I now have the t'shirt, I can always work on the musical ability
